The Dutch Approach in Kunduz, Afghanistan

The Dutch Government sends a new mission to  Kunduz, Afghanistan:
A civil policetraining about 250 trainers, and  protected by 4 YF 16 fighterjets and about 300 soldiers.
Political issue in Holland : will this be a civil or military mission in Afghanistan? Or both?

The power of corruption in Afghanistan.

The Dutch government intends to send a militairy- police-trainings expedition to Kunduz-Afghanistan to help the NATO allies in their mission imposible.
The Dutch Parliament are devided 50%-50%. Dutch people are against 80%, they fear another fighting mission. Poverty is problem nr. 1 in Afghanistan.

De ‘botsende beschavingen’ (Engels: Clash of Civilizations ) is de theorie van de Amerikaanse politicoloog Samuel Huntington die zegt dat de culturele en religieuze identiteit van mensen de belangrijkste bron van conflict wordt in de periode na de Koude Oorlog.

Verandering van cultuur laat zich niet met geweld opleggen, is mijn overtuiging.
